Peut-être qu’elle tombe à point mais c’est un des articles qui m’a le plus influencé des derniers mois. Je suis encore sous l’onde de choc de l’effet de ma lecture de ce post. En plus il me reste le vidéo à regarder

Ça traite du fait qu’on devrait cultiver une bonne équipe au lieux de ce concentrer sur les bonnes idées. Une mauvaise équyipe va « scraper » les bonn eidée mais une bonne équipe peut faire avancé même des mauvaises idées, et même la jeter pour en pousser une meilleur.
